How would you define what a secret is ?
is it something you know that someone else does not ? If so, what this knowledge is about ? an information ? You, then are reacher on the level of information with this secret. I suggest a radical shift of perspective regarding what a secret truly is : A secret IS NOT a difference of information, but a difference of CONSCIOUSNESS !
What does that mean then ? it means that you can share any information, if the person does not have the tuned consciousness that can truly receive it, then this information will end on a dry land. That’s exactly how I would define what an initiation truly is : an initiation allows you to develop a level of consciousness where information transform itself into a living wisdom.
There’s a lot information that flows on the web, but what makes an information a golden one, is your capacity to '“understand” it on a cellular level.
When I work in healing practice as a consultant in the field of Psychotherapy, I witness it so often, I can share something at the beginning of a session that stays on the intellectual understanding, after an inner process guidance, it becomes a living experience. Most of the time I use focusing combined with Maieustésie, IFS and the Nonviolent Communication posture.
This living experience is what I called the rise of consciousness. This rise of consciousness is our true gold on this planet, the one you can keep with you, wherever your journey will lead you in Life.
Most of the time this rise of consciousness bring two simultaneous experiences that occur at the same time : one is of gratitude. By being free from traumas that have conditioned your current experience until this shift. You get back a tremendous amount of energy that was stuck in order to cope with the wounding generated by the trauma.
The second one is of a deep mourning : you wish you had access to this level of consciousness earlier. Which lead to what I call the paradox of consciousness : you wish the pathway that lead you to this consciousness had been different. Which paradoxical, cause it lead you to this growth and learning.
In the field of Nonviolent Communication, the true practice has much more to do with a posture in life then a tool to communicate. It is not about the words but about where the words are coming from. How we inhabit our depths.
What NVC has to offer for consciousness rising and what we call shift of consciousness ?
Cause in the end of your life, what matters, is not the amount of knowledge you have accumulated intellectually but a living embodied wisdom that sparkle in your cells like the light of the sun is setting the moon on Fire.
In Vipassana tradition we call this Bhavana Maha Panna, which means that the wisdom you meet is your own, not the one of your neighbour. From your own experience. That was the strong invitation of the Buddha when he emphasizes on the necessity to never believe blindly his instruction to make them one’s own, by genuine practice.
Therefore entering the Fire has to do with facing our own individuation process, in the tradition of Carl Jung suggestion, which means you cannot escape having a first hand experience of your life. nobody will live your life for yourself, neither your death. Therefore, the path of initiation becomes an intimate one. Nobody can walk on it for us.
Through my sharing, I intend to light this Fire in you, where your true identity can find its way through you, wiring the whole cosmos . Cause you can relax, it’s not about you. It is not about self absorption, but rather self dissolution. When what you think you are fade away, then contemplate what’s left ? Less is More.
Any human that accomplish this path, become a treasure for his surrounding and embody the change we need to witness happening so badly, whether this change is about politics, ecology, spirituality. We are what we’re looking for. The first key to open closed doors is inside. Nowhere else.
We’re gonna dive together in this perspective in synergy with meditation practice. Cause to develop a deeper sense of Self, we need to sharpen our capacity to feel what is inside. Without an awaken sensitivity, the practice of Nonviolent Communication is just not possible. What shapes our humanity is this capacity to feel.
